History
As individual REALTORS®, we have been serving Pearland and the adjacent areas since 1976. The company was founded by Tom and Marie Sharp in October of 2000. The office broker, Ann Shiver, has lived in Pearland since 1970; while Tom and Marie currently reside in Clear Lake City, having grown up in Alvin and Pearland, respectively. The company was very pleased to have added Kendall McGilvray, a life-long Alvin resident, to our realtor group in 2001; and Rick Sharp, Tom's dad, as a realtor associate in 2002.
